Los síndromes aórticos agudos siguen siendo enfermedades con alta morbimortalidad y el tratamiento quirúrgico es el más aceptado, tanto el convencional como la reparación endovascular. Noobstante, en ciertos pacientes el enfoque terapéutico debe ser individualizado.

ACUTE AORTIC SYNDROME: DECISION-MAKING REGARDING TREATMENT
Abstract
Acute aortic syndromes continue to be diseases with high morbimortality. Surgical treatment is the most widely accepted therapeutic approach, by both conventional surgery and endovascular repair. However, in some patients, treatment decisions should be taken on an individual basis.
